Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Ballers Market handles the delivery of online orders. Please note that items priced under €90 are available exclusively in-store at The Salvation Army ReShare Store in Rotterdam and are not shipped.

1. Shipping regions

We currently ship to selected countries in Europe. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. We aim to expand our shipping zones over time.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the total value of your order. The final shipping price will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

In some regions, we offer free shipping above a certain order value, which will also be clearly indicated at checkout.

3. Processing time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we typically process and ship your order within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or special drops, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe (other countries): 3–7 business days

These are estimates and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link or tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey until it reaches you.

6. Delivery issues

If your tracking shows no updates for several days, or if your parcel does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us at info@ballers-market.com with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact us as soon as possible.

7. Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the Netherlands (or the EU where applicable), your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes set by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated at checkout.

If you refuse to pay customs fees, your parcel may be returned to us or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, we are not obligated to refund the order.

8. Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately—we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been shipped.

9. In-store only (under €90)

Items priced under €90 are not available for online purchase or shipping. These pieces are curated exclusively for The Salvation Army ReShare Store in Rotterdam, located at Korte Hoogstraat 11–13, 3011 GJ Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Visit the store to discover and purchase these items in person.
