Refund policy

Every piece on Ballers Market is one of one, so check the photos, measurements and condition rating before you buy. If it still isn't right, you can send it back.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel an online order within 14 days of the day you receive the item, without giving a reason.

  • Email info@ballers-market.com with your order number within those 14 days. You can use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
  • Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, to: Ballers Market, Gestelsestraat 25D, 5615 LA Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
  • You pay for the return shipping. Use a tracked service: the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • Send the item back as you received it, with its tags, certificate of authenticity and packaging. You can inspect it the way you would in a shop. If it has been worn or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Your refund

We refund the item price and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used and without fees. We may hold the refund until the item is back with us or you have shown us proof of sending, whichever comes first. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard rate.

Buyer Promise: when we get it wrong

If you receive the wrong item, damage we didn't disclose, a condition clearly worse than the listing, or an item that fails our authentication, email us your order number and photos. We pay the return shipping and offer a replacement where possible, or a full refund. Please tell us as soon as you notice. The Buyer Promise comes on top of your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, and does not limit them.

Cancelling before shipping

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we cancel it and refund you in full.

In-store purchases

Items bought in person, at a Ballers Market pop-up or at The Salvation Army ReShare Store in Rotterdam, are not covered by the 14-day online withdrawal right. ReShare purchases follow ReShare's own store policy.
