Isa Dekker was born on May 4, 2003, in Hoorn, Netherlands. She is 1.70 meters tall, right-footed, and plays primarily as a forward, with the versatility to operate across the attacking line. She began her career at SV Always Forward in Hoorn before moving through Telstar and Ajax's academy, then established herself in Belgium with KAA Gent and back in the Netherlands with AZ and Fortuna Sittard before signing with OH Leuven in May 2025.

Since joining OH Leuven Women, Isa has become an important attacking presence, helping the club compete in the UEFA Women's Champions League and the Belgian Women's Super League. She has built a reputation for her movement, technical ability, and capacity to create and finish chances in the final third. At just 23 years old, she represents the next generation of Dutch attacking talent playing at the highest European level.
